Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant data sources for predictive features.
• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data.
• Mine and analyse data for trends and patterns.
• Develop statistical models and algorithms to predict future market movement.
• Plan and manage research process from methodology selection, data collection and analysis, backtesting, to performance monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with other researchers in a small team.
• Analyse the challenges and opportunities of blockchain-enabled digital assets in a quantitative manner.

 

Job Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models, has a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
• Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C#, C++, Java, etc
• Knowledge and experience in statistical techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Trees, Text Mining, Backtest, etc.
• Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc.

 

• Data-oriented personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A drive to learn and master new domain technologies and techniques.
• Professional proficiency in English.
