Your role:

Team Development and Performance Management

 

• Responsible of people development by showing commitments
• Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility.
• Develop potential by assign challenging tasks to support their development and available for advice.
• Take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
• Focus on team capability

 

 

Business Planning and Business Development

 

• Responsible for pricing, strategic target and forecast accuracy
• Propose annual business plans and ensuring alignment with strategy
• Manage of Samsung BioLogics & establish future growth strategy
• Improve the collaboration and coordinate with all stakeholder, establish the general workflow for business development to improve business efficient.
• Contribute to the department winning strategy development with constructive and practical insight
• Implement strategy by guiding the team activity and consolidate team output and constructive feedback.

 

 

Stakeholder management

• Identify and manage stakeholders up to Business up to management level, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions

 

P&L management

• Manage team T&E
• Supporting and helping to manage P&L and planning

 

Portfolio management

• Implementing global strategic plans including seeding of new products & new application, etc.
• Using an appropriate projects management tool to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved

 

Empowerment organization

• Contribute and execute projects to empower the organization

 

Thought Leadership

• Work as team leader who can lead a global key account
• Connect with customer’s manager level frequently to maintain a good relationship
• Other tasks assigned by your superior.

 

 

Job Requirements

Who You Are:

• Bachelor degree (Bio related major necessary)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field
• Advanced understanding of bio-process
• Good English communication & presentation skills
• Negotiation and strategic thinking skills
• Collaboration skill
• Learning, mental, change and result agility & self-awareness
• Outgoing and easy to get along with other people
