Job Description
– Communicate with researchers in key universities via email and phone to promote the Editage brand and build relationships
– Understand the service requirements of researchers so that Editage can serve them better
– Increase engagement between Editage customers and the Editage brand by setting up and running email campaigns
– Use data to identify segments of existing customers who can potentially purchase higher-value services
– Write content for email campaigns based on the marketing pitch and customer profile identified by the CRM team
– Create and send out HTML emails using marketing platforms like Hubspot

Job Requirements
University Graduate Degree
– Proficient in Excel, basic data analysis skills
– Customer focus: able to look at the service experience from the customers point of view
– Business focus: result-oriented and understand how existing customers and the present role
– Global: comfortable working with a global team and communicating in English
