Job Description

Technical Sales Representative supports the District Sales Manager to maximizes the team sales volume and market share of designated products within assigned territories

4. 의료기기 사용자 및 대리점 교육

RESPONSIBILITIES: -In collaboration with manager and team, help with the development of the strategic plan; including participation in the presentation of annual marketing plans that describe the goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics for the given fiscal year. -Participate in developing the annual marketing and operating plans (AOP) for HF business. -Develop, with Sales Management, tactical product rollout plan for the above region. -Provide product and sales training and support to customer service, product sales representatives, and distributors within Korea region. -Administer and coordinate the marketing portion of new products, new applications, and product improvements programs; interfacing with physicians, district sales managers and distributors -Develop monthly sales (unit) forecast -Conduct market surveys, research and evaluation to confirm needs & trends in the market. -Develop and rollout marketing campaigns, including sales promotions, brochures, advertising and public relations, education, and other types of marketing and sales support programs. -Stay close to the market through regular and scheduled field visit and physician management by developing key relationships with opinions leaders in our region. -Plan and coordinate KOL events and management in our region. -Participate in and coordinate major congress for Korea & other regions.

Job Requirements

1. 대학교 졸업 이상
2. 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분
3. 해외 출장 업무에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
4. 흉부외과, 심장내과 관련 영업 경력 1년 이상 우대
5. 간호사, 체외순환사 등 병원 관련 경력 우대
6. 의공학과 졸업 우대

-Bachelor degree required -Min. 1 year of sales experiences required in medical & pharmaceutical industry or marketing experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to diplomatically interact and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers -Excellent customer ethics, good attention to detail and ability to complete timely progress reports according to requirements -Experience using Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
