Job Description
– Project Manager is accountable to ensure successful wall to-wall execution of the program/project by leading all required functions in meeting the program/project objectives
Key Responsibilities
– Initiate, plan, monitor, control and finally close the project in schedule and budget
– Proactively manage project risks and impediments
– Lead and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
– Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
– Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and cost
– Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
– Report and escalate to senior management
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation/package to monitor and track progress
– Closely aligned with reporting line and share real time information
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications
– More than 5 years of project management experience. Wall to wall project delivery experience is preferred
– Project Management related certification is preferred e.g. PMP, Prince II, Agile related certifications
– Fluent in written and verbal English
– Strong project and program management skills as well as excellent communications skills with good logic
– Have good understanding and experience in manufacturing or IT industry
– Engineering background is preferred
