Job Description
Project management and Operation – Non-ERP part
– Initiate and manage core IT/digital projects which can drive the financial top-line acceleration and productivity improvement
– Lead Non-enterprise application project and maintenance
– Major scope application : Local applications, APAC/Global solutions initiated from Local (e.g. RPA, Website enhancement – technical part, Call center, order automation, etc)
Strategy planning
-Establish IT/digital strategy and execution plan to accelerate our business based on the investigation of customer pain points through our customer journey and barrier to execution for our operation
– Drive continuous innovation with various stakeholders including sales leaders, function leaders and global digital leaders
– Gather and analyze business needs, formulate, and test hypotheses, and share the insights to move forward based on understanding our core business model and fulfilling customer demands and operational excellence
– Investigate a core value for our business and customers and develop recommendations for most suitable digital initiatives
Job Requirements
– 10+ years of professional experience and solid function knowledge in digital related fields including, but not limited to, digital transformations, analytics, digital business building, core technology functions, eCommerce
– Manager or above experience as a digital consultant or leader with entrepreneurship
– Strong data-driven business mentality to build tactics and support measurable sales KPI for the company.
– Leadership to drive excellent strategy, planning, execution, and the result
– Communication and networking skill with various stakeholders such as Business leader and global leader
– Fluent English communication
– Highly organized approach and ability to multi-task, handling diverse instances
– Working under strict timelines and pressure
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field
– Understanding and experience of Life science market or similar market (Preferred)
