[Responsibilities]
1) Lead total operation strategy
– Local DC management with SCM team
– SAP enhancement project with SCM, CS and IT
– Consignment 3PL project
2) Manage overall inventory flow in commercial side from demand forecast to consignment management, closely working with sales/marketing, CS, supply planner, deliver, and sales operation
3) Manage consignment in each customer/partner site
4) Handles issues and provides solutions to groups of logistics and operations professionals, as well as identifies risks and capitalizes on opportunities.
5) Partners cross-functionally to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity.
6) Builds effective relationships and partnerships with internal /external client groups.
[Requirements]
– Strong project management/drive with setting/delivering specific, measurable objectives
– Agile and able to change behavior across range of situations, strong change management capabilities
– Bachelor’s degrees and above
– 10+ years’ professional experience with Logistics, CS, SAP
– Strong project management skills
– Strategic business partnership: cross-functional leadership, understanding of organizational dynamics, influencing skills, and innovation
– Good inter-personal relationship
– People leadership
– Business and financial acumen / Proactive, positive & innovative mindset
– Fluent English communication (Writing & Oral)
