(Mandatory) Major Responsibilities of the Position:

 

Application development & maintenance

 

Responsible for building and delivering IT solutions to meet the user’s needs

Responsible for designing, managing and participating in user acceptance test to meet business needs

Promoting the local application development project

 

Risk Management

 

Implement IT security improvements and maintain IT security controls based on the global standards(working with Cluster ISO(Information Security officer))

Security monitoring & follow-up Action

Management of Backup solution(Veritas Netbackup)

 

Hardware & Software Management

 

Management of local network equipment

Management of local(physical/virtual) & cloud servers(Application, DHCP, file etc)

Management of end user device(laptop, mobile device etc)

Management of Global & local license

Manage lifecycle of IT assets(for Hardware and software, from acquisition to disposal)

 

End user support

 

End-user support with company standard procedure

End user Training

Personal account management

 

Vender Management

 

Management of global & local service providers

Conference call with global service providers

 

 

Job Requirements

(Mandatory) Competencies / Experience:

 

0~1 year of application development experiences

Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) & Public Cloud(Azure or AWS)

Excellent knowledge of server hardware/software, LAN/WAN and WiFi troubleshooting

Excellent knowledge of MS Server, Active Directory and GPO(Group Policy Object)

Extensive knowledge and experience of Veritas Backup Exec

 

(Mandatory) Mandatory Requirements:

 

Basic knowledge of software and application development

University degree, major in Computer Science or related field

0~1 year working experience in IT field

In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

In-depth understanding of the entire web development process(design, development and deployment)

Advanced written and communication skills in English

Problem-solving aptitude

Ex) Total Budget, Total Sales Volume Target, Total Sales Revenue, Total Number of Outlets/Account Managed etc.
