[Summary]
1) Responsible for marketing and product manager role for MENTOR (breast implant business unit) with a junior marketing specialist.
2) Develop and execute patient marketing strategies through collaboration with outsourcing marketing agencies.
[Responsibilities]
1) Execute overall marketing role for breast surgery business in plastic and reconstructive surgery field
2) Manage inventory level, demand forecast and backorder handling with supply chain team
3) Plan new product launching project and develop new product introduction strategy
4) Plan and execute online and offline professional education programs with CEM team
5) Manage online channels and build-up social media channel strategies with marketing agencies
6) Execute annual business planning and budgeting project
7) Analyze sales data to find out business risks and growth opportunities
8) Visit clinics and hospitals with sales team to capture customers’ unmet needs
9) Communicate regularly with regional and global team
[Requirements]
– Bachelor’s degree
– 6-12 years experience of marketing and sales role in healthcare industry
– High level of English proficiency (speaking and writing) for regional and global communication
– Skillful Microsoft EXCEL handling for in-depth data analysis
– Excellent business presentation skill and Microsoft PowerPoint work
– Open mind and willing to meet new people, customers, and dealers
– Adaptability to work in dynamic and fast changing environment
Preferred
– Online platform management and patient marketing experience for B to B and B to C
– Skill for design applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
