Job Description
ResMed Korea is poised to be one of the leading markets for us in Asia. This is in part due to the increasing reimbursement support for respiratory diseases, and our growing commercial footprint driving awareness in the Korea market.
This role reports to Senior Manager, Business Operations in Korea and is responsible for supply chain management for Korea business.
Let’s talk about responsibilities
Responsible for inventory control and import (including delivery date confirmation and adjustment) of medical device or consumer products including 3rd party suppliers.
Manage order and inventory assurance, import schedule confirmation, procedures, and delivery date confirmation (adjustment).
Consolidate orders from domestic customers and manage delivery, demand as well as inventory planning to meet customer needs.
Work closely with 3PL and forwarder/overseas manufacturing facilities to plan and implement order placement, inventory, and distribution plans at the time of launching new products
Manage discontinued or aging products
Manage fixed rental asset and conduct periodic physical inspection.
Participate in monthly S&OP and communicate with Marketing, Sales and Accounting teams
Setup and manage supply chain KPI’s
Participate in projects such as ERP migration, planning system implementation etc.
Participate in quality improvement projects to improve logistics & supply chain processes
Manage billing procedures and other administrative tasks within supply chain management workflow
Train employees in Supply Chain Management team
Job Requirements
Let’s talk qualifications & experience
Bachelor degree
At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with supply chain management preferably in a related industry
At least 3+ years of people managing and team leading experience
Good communication skill in English
Project management experiences for operational excellence
Strong analytic skills
Self-starter with a track record in collaborating and communicating with internal/external customers to meet their requirements and demands
