Job Description
1. Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with building owners, tenants and all others with whom there is contact.
2. Monitor, optimize and operate building automation, life safety and other associated control systems.
3. Monitor, optimize and operate mechanical equipment and systems associated with establishing and maintaining a quality building environment.
4. Promptly respond to comfort complaints, perform necessary adjustments and coordinate necessary unscheduled repairs.
5. Schedule equipment maintenance through use of specialized branch-based software packages. Perform necessary inspections and preventative maintenance.
6. Recommend repair, replacement and maintenance of all assigned equipment. Monitor contracted work to assure quality of work done.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field is preferred
2. Entry level to within 3 years experience in a related role
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
4. Highly motivated with good written communication skills.
5. Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
6. Good command of written and spoken English preferred
7. The work location is at USAG Humphreys, which is located in Pyeongtaek
8. 1 year contract base but it will be able to transfer to FTE after performance review.
