Job Description
-Accounting
• Review : check the account code, tax, amount compare with any evidence before payment
• Filing : document filing for floor audit, contract and after payment
– Sales Support
• weekly sales report : Report to Finance Controller
-Oracle EBS Set up
• Data Migration : Migrate from old accounting system to new one. (Make raw data, review and check uploading file compare with old one)
• Training Materials: Review the training material into Korean and check the screen shot compare with EBS.
(e.g. where updating any screenshots/adding comments in Korean, as has been completed recently for the iProc/iExp guides)
• User Training : plan to training for iProc & iExp for every employees.
• UAT Scenarios: Make any updates required to the Korea UAT scenario & UAT execution plan on SharePoint.
• Service Readiness (SAC): support SAC
Job Requirements
– Oracle experience is preferred
– Intermediate level of communication skill in English is preferred
– Familiar with local accounting standards, requirements, and tax regulations
