Description of position 업무개요:
Operations support for all A+E channels and services (Linear and Digital), including, media management, technical operations, service delivery and new service launch requirements. Responsible for the end-to-end media workflow, including, content sourcing, technical evaluation, localization and on-air delivery, including, linear and digital services across all brands. Service provider management to ensure SLA’s are maintained and servicing continually improved to meet channel requirements. Design and implement workflows, identifying efficiencies and cost reductions, ensuring the A+E Korea brands are distributed to the highest regional standards possible. Work closely with internal teams to support channel requirements, including, key tent pole events and new business initiatives. Work with Pan-Asia Operations teams to identify and implement workflow efficiencies. Work closely with A+E corporate resources in Production, Engineering, Operations & Technology to support regional requirements, reduce costs and optimize Asia operational workflows.
오퍼레이션은 A+E KOREA 채널과 서비스 (TV와 디지털 등)의 안정적인 운영을 위한 전 분야를 지원하는 부문입니다. 미디어 관리, 방송 기술 지원, 신규 서비스 시행 등 전 분야에 걸친 지원을 담당합니다. 또한 콘텐츠 파일 관리 및 딜리버리, 기술 사항 점검, 언어 및 플랫폼에 따른 재제작, TV 및 디지털 플랫폼 용 콘텐츠를 수급합니다. 내부의 다양한 팀과 다양한 프로젝트를 협업하며, 업무의 효율성 확대를 위해 아시아 지역 오퍼레이션 팀과 긴밀하게 협업합니다.
Responsibilities 주요 업무:
• Supporting Operation Manager for all current channels and services (Linear and Digital). Project planning and launch of new business initiatives in support growth and increase efficiencies.
• Operational point of contact for A+E local and corporate teams, vendors and service providers to address and resolve all media management and channel operations issues.
• Sourcing, processing and delivery of media (linear/OTT/VOD/Catch up) to agreed workflows, deadlines, quality standards, metadata and technical specifications. Managing communication between all teams and parties involved and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Support media localization, formatting and compliance requirements across all brands and services
• Management of in-house media storage infrastructure, systems & requirements
• Building relationships with internal and external teams to support channel operations requirements across the business.
• Ensure Broadcast Service providers meet agreed channel scheduling, technical and SLA requirements.
• Reporting, addressing and resolving any Operational issues to maintain best practice servicing and channel standards.
• Design, implementation and monitoring of operational workflows
• Media metadata requirements are met, including, data input and systems management for all Linear & Digital services.
• Manage cross channel promo delivery to affiliates (Cable & IPTV partners) to agreed deadlines and specifications
• Operational contact for Affiliate Sales team to manage IRD inventory, authorization and distribution to channel partners
• Support Korea and Japan Operations, identifying & implementing workflow synergies and covering operational responsibilities when required
• Actively engage with A+E Corp Operational teams to seek support, share resources, and systems, maintain open communication and align with global operational goals and objectives.
• Support Programming Department for scheduling and programming when required.
Job Requirements

• Broadcast Operations, media management and workflow knowledge from asset creation to on air service delivery (Linear & Digital)
• Business analysis, resource planning, project management and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize workload effectively to meet department objectives
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet shared goals and objectives
• Good verbal/writing skill in Korean and English
• 신입 및 유관 업무 경력 2년 이하
• 방송 프로그램 제작 혹은 관련 교육 유경험자 우대
• 방송 기술, 동향, 제작, 시장 등에 관심이 많은 사람
• Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder 등 리니어 소프트웨어 작업환경에 익숙한 사람
• MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, GOOGLE DRIVE, DOCS 등의 업무 소프트웨어 사용 가능한 사람
• 능동적으로 생각하고, 동료와 협업할 수 있으며, 창의적으로 생각하는 사람
• 영어 능통자 우대 (필수 사항은 아닙니다.)
