Sales Engineer ( 기술지원 )

TUNE is looking for a Sales Engineer who is fluent in English to own the technical part of the sales process for both our Attribution Analytics and In App Marketing tools, as well as partner with our Account Executives to close business. You will use your product expertise to consult on technical inquiries, devise creative solutions, and architect successful implementation plans. You will work hand-in-hand with our most important clients and become an expert on all aspects of the TUNE Marketing Console.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
-Becoming a subject matter expert on all aspects of the TUNE Marketing Console
-Leading the sales process from a technical perspective
-Providing use case specific product and integration demos
-Consulting prospects on best practices based on industry knowledge
-Assisting with building technical pitch decks
-Responding to technical elements of RFPs
-Assembling onboarding packages
-Developing close relationships with the technical leads of prospects
-Providing feedback to the product teams based on prospect interactions
