Mission

• Provide training programs to help employees perform their jobs focusing on customers by embracing the leadership principles.
• Help employees to improve their competencies and contributes to the long-term growth of the company by providing training programs which all employees can be satisfied with.
• Manage the R&Rs of the team members in a timely manner to be aligned with the business direction of the management.

Responsibilities

• Operate the training courses and manage the training cost refund as a specialist. Operate the foreign language classes for global capability-building, online courses and legally required courses and also manage the training cost refund.
• Support regular communication with Global offices. Manage the training materials and information to maintain consistency with global offices.
• 교육 운영 및 환급 관련 업무: 글로벌 역량 향상을 위한 외국어 과정, 온라인 과정 및 법정 필수 과정을 운영하며, 교육비 환급 업무를 담당함
• Global Offices와의 정기적인 커뮤니케이션을 돕고, 한국과 해외 오피스의 교육 컨텐츠와 정보를 항상 동일하게 유지 및 관리함.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1~5 years of experience in Human Resource development
• Experience of developing at least 10 courses
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Experience of working in large companies and strong English proficiency preferred.
• Experience of delivering a lecture over 10 times preferred.
• 학사 이상

• 10개 이상의 과정 개발 및 운영 참여
• 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능
• 대기업 근무 경험자, 영어 능통자 우대
• 10회 이상의 강의 경험 보유자 우대
